From raw material evaluation to final product inspection, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding quality across all stages of production.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final inspections, in-process inspections, and incoming raw material evaluations to ensure products meet specifications.
• Conduct tests and measurements using a variety of tools and equipment to verify quality standards.
• Assist with product and process audits, identifying deviations and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform data entry to support quality records and traceability.
• Support document control processes to ensure all procedures and standards are up to date.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to uphold continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Operate and/or assist with advanced inspection tools such as CMM and X-ray inspection equipment (prior experience preferred but not required).

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic inspection tools and testing procedures.
• Experience with CMM or X-ray inspection is a plus but not mandatory — we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, or work instructions.
• Good organizational, data entry, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
