Pay Range: $18.00-22.50/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Electrical Assembler to support the production team by performing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks for assigned programs. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that electrical components and systems are assembled accurately and efficiently to meet quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess foundational technical training and a strong work ethic, with the physical capability to perform manual tasks and contribute to a fast-paced production environment.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly work according to production specifications and schematics.
• Inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Operate basic material handling equipment, including pallet jacks.
• Safely handle and lift materials and equipment as required, with or without assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Identify and report any issues or defects during the assembly process.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of High School or Trade School education.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and assist in lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable operating a pallet jack and working in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional vocational training or certifications in electrical assembly or related fields.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
