We are hiring for RV Technician’s to join our awesome manufacturing client in Reno!

We are seeking a highly motivated, mechanically inclined individual to join our team where they will further develop their skills while helping the company meet or exceed its goals.

The RV Technician I / II will follow detailed manufacturing manuals, guides and procedures to install components and systems using hand and power tools, as well as automated and semi-automated manufacturing aids to build the final product. As a member of our quickly growing, dedicated team, they will work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure that the vehicles are built to detailed specifications with a high degree of safety and an eye for world-class quality.

Key Areas of Responsibility

? Build and install all recreational vehicle components and systems to include:

? fiberglass reinforced panels and pultrusions.

? electrical wiring and systems including solar panels, batteries, inverters, panels, air conditioning, etc.

? plumbing systems including sinks, showers, toilets, and water heaters.

? cabinetry, drawers, hinges, slides, etc.

? finish items including flooring, countertops, trims, etc.

? Perform work with a high degree of skill and focus on quality and details.

? Consistently work with an eye toward safety and continuous improvement for self and others.

? Keep all work areas clean and tidy throughout the workday.

? Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Critical Competencies

? Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

? Read and interpret floor plans, layouts and technical diagrams.

? Knowledge of 12/24 volt DC and 120 volt AC systems.

? Mechanically inclined and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.

? Self-motivated and reliable with good communication skills and good analytical problem-solving ability.

? Action oriented, self-starter and fast learner with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting in accordance with the company culture and values.

? Possess a strong sense of work ethic, personal responsibility and commitment to work outcomes, particularly toward quality and safety.

? Comfortable working in tight quarters and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

? Have the desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Required Education and Experience

? High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

? Trade or 2-year degree preferred.

? Previous automotive, manufacturing or construction skills an asset, specialty automotive and/or RV manufacturing experience a bonus.

? Electrical or plumbing/HVAC certification a bonus.

? Must have a valid driver’s license.
