USPRO is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 4-6 month contract in Reno, NV. Opportunity to be a temp-to-hire role for the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $21-$23.75/hour
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative provides customer service support, completes general office duties, which include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all aspects of order processing
- Order input, monitoring, and expediting
- Customer configurations provided by customers and representatives
- Customer support/inquiries
- Assist with customer complaints
- General knowledge of company product and services
- Establishing new accounts
- Management of customer accounts
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Product availability
- Quote requests
- Special shipping requests
- Organizing data
- Coordinate communication with Hamilton personnel and customers to provide information
- Participate in meetings
- Generate reports as needed
- General Office Duties
- Phone calls
- Email communication
- Backing up team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. Some college or degree preferred.
- One year experience in customer service with order processing or data entry required.
- Two to five years of experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment/ inventory control a plus.
Required Skills:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to listen to customer’s needs
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Capable of working with multiple systems in tandem.
- Ability to work quickly and prioritize under pressure to meet expected time frames.
- Strong time management, accuracy, organization, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Customer Service team, other internal departments, field staff, and customers
