Quality Control Manager – Federal Projects

Pay Range: $52.00-$66.00/hour
Location: Federal Project Sites (Must be able to obtain Federal site access)
Exciting opportunity on our Federal Team for a Site Federal Quality Control Manager to lead quality control processes on multi-million-dollar energy efficiency projects. This role requires prior NAVFAC experience and proficiency in eCMS usage.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process, including submittals, test scheduling, three-phase inspections, and results reporting.
Utilize project management software to manage submittals, documentation, and other specified actions.
Ensure USACE and Ameresco documentation requirements are completed accurately and submitted to the appropriate authorities.
Coordinate with Government project management personnel and subcontractors to ensure QC procedures are followed and documented.
Maintain a continuous QC presence during construction activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Federal Quality Control Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline plus 2 years of related experience, or at least 10 years as a direct QC/QA manager for USACE projects.
Required Certifications:
USACE Construction Quality Control Certification
OSHA 10-Hour Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification
Ability to obtain Federal site security access.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong business relationships.
Strong verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Ability to pass a security clearance investigation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
