Pay Range: $52.00-$66.00/hour

Location: Federal Project Sites (Must be able to obtain Federal site access)

Exciting opportunity on our Federal Team for a Site Federal Quality Control Manager to lead quality control processes on multi-million-dollar energy efficiency projects. This role requires prior NAVFAC experience and proficiency in eCMS usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process, including submittals, test scheduling, three-phase inspections, and results reporting.

• Utilize project management software to manage submittals, documentation, and other specified actions.

• Ensure USACE and Ameresco documentation requirements are completed accurately and submitted to the appropriate authorities.

• Coordinate with Government project management personnel and subcontractors to ensure QC procedures are followed and documented.

• Maintain a continuous QC presence during construction activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Federal Quality Control Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline plus 2 years of related experience, or at least 10 years as a direct QC/QA manager for USACE projects.

• Required Certifications:

• USACE Construction Quality Control Certification

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification

• CPR/First Aid Certification

• Ability to obtain Federal site security access.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong business relationships.

  • Strong verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills.

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.

  • Ability to pass a security clearance investigation.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
