Senior Recruiter
Jacksonville FL, or Norfolk VA – Possible Remote Options.
Pay Range: $42.00-$45.50/hour

Job Description:
 Looking for a talent acquisition professional with experience supporting Engineering functions. Collaborating directly with the decision makers in our business, working with other talented recruiting and sourcing professionals who demonstrate an in-depth industry knowledge to identify candidates to support some of our most critical programs. Work closely with other recruiters, hiring teams and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies • Identify and contact passive candidates • Utilize the existing ATS and CRM systems as well as external databases • Craft and send engaging and appealing recruiting communications to potential candidates • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Promote our employer brand • Partner effectively with HR teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.

• Capable in adapting communication style to a myriad of client levels. •
• Notable experience and proven examples as a driver of diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. 
• Experience supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades. 
• Skilled at partnering with colleagues to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience.
•  Proficient in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems (Kenexa/Brass Ring or comparable ATS).
• Demonstrated experience in an OFCCP compliant environment.
• Experience building recruiting plans.
• Experience supporting end to end recruiting process.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
