Material Handler

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour

Job Description:
Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that production flow continues uninterrupted by moving materials for production use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must provide accurate inventory transactions for material that has been placed into storage and/or transferred to the production line
• The work is performed in a moderate to fast paced environment, is repetitive in nature and requires critical adherence to established quality levels while completing within timeframe and workspace allowed for the assigned task.
• May be required to move, pull, lift, and horizontally transfer product weighing up to 50 pounds unaided

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand work documents and to communicate information clearly to coworkers and manager, and to accurately provide the information requested on specific forms, reports, and logs. ERP experience, preferably Oracle, and cycle counting experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand the work processes
• Manipulating and inspection required items.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift experience preferred

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
