Job Description:
We’re seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Technician to join our dynamic production and maintenance team. This hands-on role requires proficiency across multiple technical disciplines, including mechanical assembly, electrical work, machine operation, and welding/brazing.

You’ll work on a variety of equipment and components, applying your problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality assembly, installation, and repair. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile technician who enjoys diverse, challenging work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, metal finishing, and component repair using hand and power tools.
• Fabricate jigs, templates, and fixtures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Set up and operate machinery and tooling from layout to finished parts.
• Assemble and terminate wiring harnesses, interpret schematics, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Perform soldering, brazing, welding, cutting, threading, deburring, and installation of piping, tubing, or conduit.
• Read and follow drawings, schematics, procedures, and verbal instructions to complete assignments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery safely.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Comfortable working in both English and Metric measurement systems (training may be provided).
• Capable of working in an active manufacturing environment and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
