Process Technician (2nd Shift)

Pay Range: $20.50-$25.50/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Technician to perform essential manufacturing and operational tasks within our production facility. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in building a career in a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided to the right individual.
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing and assembly of components and sub-assemblies in accordance with team procedures and company standards, including health, safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct routine weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety and reliability.
- Follow daily and weekly production plans to meet customer and business requirements.
- Operate within safety protocols, including the safe handling of compressed gas cylinders and other potentially hazardous materials.
- Identify and participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive and professional work environment.
- Address and resolve team conflicts constructively to maintain high levels of teamwork and performance.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work second or third shift based on operational requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
