Pay Range: $15.00-$18.45/hour
Job Description:
Assists in the preparation of data for the development of program performance plans, which include work scope, work breakdown, schedules, manpower plan, material plan, task codes, spending plan, and reporting requirements. Gathers and organizes data for the development of program performance assessment including work authorization and progress measurement on cost, schedule, manpower and material plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assimilates and prepares data for program reviews and status reports for program personnel, company management and customers, to include information on technical performance, schedules and networks, workforce including labor rate analysis, material including subcontracts and cost. Researches and compiles cost proposal and estimate-to-complete information.
- Establishes and maintains an effective working relationship with related division group and corporate functions. Participates in the preparation of forecasts and reports for cost, sales, income, bookings, backlog, workforce, material and other related data
- . Prepares information to be used in the development and monitoring of departmental labor and expense budgets. Compiles information for the coordination of facilities, equipment and supplies, and the maintenance of program and department records. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
- May interface with government agencies on regular basis in support of their acquisition of supplies and services
Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of professional administrative work. (In addition to the items listed above, the Essential Functions are:
- Skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.
- Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
- Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule;
- Design and develop products and services using state-of-the-art technology, principles, theories and concept
- Maintain contact with supplier and contractor representatives for material requirements and assists in resolving discrepancies in building facilities and maintenance activities.
- Process invoices, generate reports and statistics. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
