Pay Range: $40.00-$44.15/hour
Job Description:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the effort in delivering high quality candidates for company hiring needs. The person will be responsible for advancing the company brand across numerous markets in professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will: Perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the entire company community.
- You will have the opportunity to exercise a wide degree of creativity in generating new candidates leads, influence the near and long-term recruiting vision and increase your business acumen.
- Responsibilities Meet with hiring managers to complete intake meetings to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills to ensure timely hiring and robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry Partner with sourcing team members to develop additional candidates via new sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
Required Qualifications:
- BS and 6 years, experience or equivalent experience
- DOD / Defense Industry Recruiting Experience
- Experience working in a remote environment working with hiring managers in several time zones.
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting component including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis.
- Expertise to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system
Familiarity with Kenexa applicant tracking system
•Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship (CRM)
•Familiarity with Paradox
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
