Pay Rate: $22.35/hour

Job Description:

BAE Systems is seeking Material Handlers to safely and accurately pick parts, store, package, ship, and support manufacturing with material flow

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must be able to operate a forklift and perform job in a safe and timely manner.
• Candidates with manufacturing, inventory control, and warehouse experience are preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years of forklift operation experience.
• Candidate will not be on forklift all shift, requiring manual or physical work at times.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient Forklift Operator (stand up lifts and sit down lifts.) At least 3 years’ experience
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Must be able to work with a team.
• Availability of working Overtime.
•  Ability to physically lift objects up to 30 pounds.
• Possess a strong work ethic Possess basic math skills Possess some computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle software system
• Experience with handheld scanners
• Experience operating different types and sizes of forklifts
• Experience transporting heavy/irregular loads Cycle Counting or inventory control experience

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
