Pay Range: $80-$115K/year

Job Description:
Seeking a motivated, outgoing IT Support Specialist to join a lean, high-performing IT team supporting a growing construction organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The IT Support Specialist will provide both onsite and remote technical support across corporate offices and regional job sites throughout New England and the Tri-State area. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, traveling as needed, and supporting executive leadership and field operations alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support in a Windows-based corporate environment
• Support A/V equipment, mobile devices, and end-user hardware
• Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Assist with network security and endpoint management
• Support Azure and Intune environments
• Deliver high-touch support to executive leadership
• Respond to service desk tickets and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Travel to regional job sites as needed to support field operations
• Collaborate closely with a small, close-knit IT team to support business growth

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Strong experience supporting Windows operating systems
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • A/V equipment support
  • Network security fundamentals
  • Azure / Intune
• Service desk and end-user support (onsite and remote)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-service mindset
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and task orders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
