Position Summary
The ICQA Associate supports all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy and quality control within the warehouse. This role ensures inventory integrity, investigates discrepancies, and maintains system accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
•    Must be flexible and available to work Saturdays and overtime as needed
•    Support execution of all processes related to inventory accuracy
•    Perform warehouse bin audits and maintain inventory shrink control
•    Utilize Order Management Systems and material handling equipment
•    Investigate inventory discrepancies and bin location variances
•    Research problem orders and receipts
•    Input and maintain accurate data in the Order Management System
•    Perform system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy
•    Maintain quality standards across multiple functions
•    Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Order Management Systems or inventory systems in a high-volume facility
•    Basic clerical and data entry skills
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Basic math skills
•    Ability to lift and transport up to 20 lbs
•    Ability to effectively use material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts)
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management
•    Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments
•    Ability to build solid, effective working relationships 

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
