Role Details
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $24.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
• Routing & Scheduling: Manage incoming orders and coordinate pickups with business partners.
• Documentation: Print labels, pick sheets, and packing instructions; create BOLs for outbound freight.
• WMS Management: Lead the order closing process and maintain integration platforms to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks for order accuracy and compliance.
• Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries and work closely with warehouse staff to ensure fluid operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Previous background in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain.
• Technical Skills: Experience with routing systems (e.g., Logicbroker, Bluejay, Target TMS) and WMS proficiency.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs) and operate relevant material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Environment: Must be comfortable working in a distribution center with varying temperatures, heights, and moderate noise levels.
• Testing: Candidates must pass a Simple Math Test provided by Stord (must pass 1 of 3 available versions).
