- Contractor will work from home before warehouse office is ready. Working hours could be irregular as need to do conference calls with Asia in early morning or late evening.

About us:
We are a newly established, fast-growing startup supplying and mounting commercial-grade tires. As we build out our Sparks, NV facility from the ground up, we are looking for a driven Operations Consultant to help us establish a world-class automotive component assembly operation. This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity with a direct path to a full-time leadership role for the right candidate.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with corporate functional teams to design, launch, and scale local assembly operations at our Sparks, NV facility.
- Establish and optimize warehouse layout, material handling workflows, and inventory management systems.
- Develop and document production processes, scheduling systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead local recruiting efforts to build the operations team, supporting onboarding and training from day one.
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communication and ensure service delivery standards are met from launch.
- Implement business process frameworks and operational systems to support a scalable, high-velocity operation.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of supervisory experience in production or assembly operations — you’ve built and led teams in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience spanning material planning, scheduling, material handling, warehousing, and assembly operations.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership — you understand how operational decisions affect the bottom line.
- Experience starting up a new operation or facility from scratch is a strong plus.
- Automotive or tire industry background is a bonus but not required — operational rigor and a startup mindset matter most.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally with corporate teams while staying hands-on at the floor level.

This role is designed as a launchpad. Consultants who successfully establish our Sparks operation will be strongly considered for a full-time Operations Supervisor or Director position as we scale.
