Job Title: CRM Engineer (Contract)

Overview
The CRM Engineer will design, develop, implement, and maintain CRM solutions across multiple environments. This role partners closely with architecture, UX, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, modern CRM capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Microsoft Dynamics / CRM applications
- Update and support Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows
- Maintain and support Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps
- Assist with development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new functionality
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Build and enhance custom features, workflows, and business processes within CRM
- Participate in effort estimation and solution design discussions
- Recommend and implement best practices for CRM and cloud integrations
- Partner with business stakeholders to modernize workflows using Power Platform and Azure tools
- Support user communication and rollout of new features
- Create and maintain technical documentation and system documentation
- Assist with user guides and training materials
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Participate in on-call or off-hours support when required
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- C# / .NET development
- Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps)
- Power BI (preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM solutions (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
- Experience integrating within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Dataverse
- Experience building PowerApps and workflow-driven applications
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years CRM development experience
- 2+ years building Power Apps / workflow-based applications
- 5+ years overall IT experience
