Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
- Lays out and assembles units for production equipment according to designs and specifications.
- Adjusts and calibrate systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.
- Corrects malfunctions by adjusting or replacing parts or components as directed.
- Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Able to troubleshoot on their own to component level
Required Qualifications:
- Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.
- Understanding test instruments such as Oscilloscope, multi-meters, RF analyzers
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams IPC-A-610, J-STD Certifications Desirable.
- Seeking a candidate with at least 2 yrs experience in manufacturing testing PCB boards, troubleshooting and problem solving…
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
- Ability to become solder certified
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team, I need only candidates with hand soldering skills. Preferably that have J-Standard Modules 1, 3, 6 completed.
