Job Description:
Responsible for the upfront analysis of internal and external problem reports related to the design, development, and production of complex systems in a defense environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor your assigned program(s) items to ensure that they move through both the system and process accordingly.
- Attend all required program meetings and (if needed) assist in the facilitation of Review Board meetings.
- Support assigned program(s) by supplying any reports needed for system accuracy or audit reasons.
- Address any questions from system users on workflow processes and correct issues within PLM system.
- Engage in team projects and system improvements when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Good computer skills with MS Office suite to prepare appropriate metrics, reports, and documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and multi-task. Troubleshoot issues within the Change Management Process and program supported workflows.
- MS Excel advanced user knowledge
- Experience with PDM software (Windchill preferred) and ORACLE ERP. • any kind of process optimization work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or systems engineering, or similar 4+ Years with HS 2+ Years with AA 0+ Year with BS
- DoD experience
