- Administer and enforce site-specific safety plans for all trades; maintain daily/weekly documentation.
- Call in and manage permit/third-party inspections and coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Maintain all construction documentation within Procore, including RFIs, Submittals, Daily Reports, COs, and MDS logs.
- Monitor subcontractor progress, quality, and compliance with QA/QC requirements.
- Track and manage change orders and cost-control measures to ensure budget alignment.

- Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar industrial construction projects.
- Proven success in schedule-driven environments with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
- Must provide 3 professional references.
- Strong proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.
- Deep understanding of OSHA standards, site safety enforcement, and industrial construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate across diverse teams and disciplines.
- Keen attention to detail, time management, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
