Job Title: ATX Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of quality standards, inspection protocols, and defect criteria to maintain product compliance with specifications
- Ability to work meticulously with masking tape.
- Ability to work under slight magnification for majority of shift
- Self-inspection of your completed work
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, process plans, and drawings
- Production accuracy and quality driven
- Works in a Clean Room environment
- Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. IPC-A-610, J-STD Certifications Desirable.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.
- Assemble parts for electromechanical equipment
- Prior conformal coating inspection experience.
- Prior experience with conforaml coat masking and coating.
- Ability to use a fine brush to coat small features with a steady hand.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
- Ability to become solder certified
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
- Soldering Techniques – SMT and through hole soldering
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
