Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Location: Bourne, MA
Pay Range: $17-20/hr

Job Description:
USPRO is seeking a motivated Electronic Assembler who will play a key role in the assembly of electronic products based on detailed instructions and specifications. Your work will ensure the accurate and efficient assembly of components, using various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic products in accordance with written manufacturing instructions and product specifications.
• Utilize basic computer skills to track and manage assembly processes and maintain records.
• Operate standard hand tools and power tools, including electric and pneumatic tools, as required by assembly tasks.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a high level of quality.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, as well as pre-established guidelines to ensure the proper completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
• Prior experience with electronic assembly and soldering preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronic assembly concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to assist and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
