Pay Rate: $ 21.96/hour

Job Description:

The Facility Management IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facility management system. This includes managing and maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and providing support to facility management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the IWMS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
•  Manage and update facility data, including space, assets, and maintenance records.
•  Maintain floor plans and associated space details for publishing to IWMS system
• Generate reports and provide associated analysis to support facility management decisions
• Provide technical support and training to facility management teams o Collaborate with facility management teams to identify and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Basic AutoCAD proficiency (Basic REVIT proficiency a plus)
•  Intermediate Excel proficiency required
• Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar) o
• 2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation, facility data management, facilities drafting or a related field
• High school graduate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related fie

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
