Field Performance Specialist (West Region)
Pay Rate: $125,000/year
Location: United States/Hybrid

Overview
This position plays a key role in supporting regional leadership with the administration and operational oversight of the field sales organization. You’ll work directly with agency leaders—coaching, motivating, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
You’ll oversee agency performance across a multi-state region, providing guidance to General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and administrative support teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly visit assigned agencies to support performance across four main pillars: production, staffing, applications, and activity ratios.
- Provide consistent coaching, direction, and motivation to agency leadership and their teams.
- Partner closely with regional leadership to support operational alignment and field development initiatives.
- Oversee workflows, best practices, and performance management efforts for General Agents, AGAs, FAs, and administrative personnel.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, policies, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer-service mindset is essential.
- Proven leadership and management capability.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience handling escalated issues or complaint resolution.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in life insurance administration or field operations.
- Professional designations (e.g., FIC, FLMI, CLU) are beneficial.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
