Pay Range: $29.00-$32.39/hour

Job Description:

Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
• Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
• Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
• May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
• Customer interaction will include face to face and over the phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365, Windows 11 and Linux

Required Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience, MS Win 11, MS Office 365 applications, MS Teams, understanding of Linux, and working knowledge of Cisco VoIP phones
• 2-3 years technical experience, 3-4 years customer service experience.
• High School Diploma and 3 to 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
