USPRO is hiring for multiple Forklift Operators in town in Reno, Sparks, and USA Parkway!

2. What is the minimum pay rate you would be willing to accept?

5. What was your reason for leaving your last 2 jobs?
6. How many years of experience do you have on forklifts?
7. What types of forklifts have you operated, and which are you most comfortable with? (e.g., Sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry-picker, pallet jack)
8. What steps do you take when performing a pre-shift forklift inspection? (Looking for: checking hydraulics, tires, fluids, and brakes).
9. How do you handle a situation where a load is unstable or too heavy? (Looking for: checking capacity plates, refusing the lift, and notifying a supervisor).
10. What would you do if you witnessed a coworker acting in an unsafe manner? (Looking for: prioritizing safety over productivity, reporting to supervisor or management).
11. Have you been in any accidents on a forklift?
If answer is yes: What happened?
12. What would you do if you noticed a mechanical issue with the forklift mid-operation? (Looking for: immediate stop, report to maintenance).
13. How soon are you looking to start?
14. Do you have a current or valid forklift operator certification?
