Junior M365 Platform Developer

Pay Range: $38.00-$40.73/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contractor to join our team and support the automation of business processes using Microsoft 365 (M365) tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and customizing sites, pages, and components Creating and managing forms, workflows, and data management solutions Configuring and managing permissions and access controls to ensure secure and controlled access
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Proficient in documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintenance
- Familiarity working within IT governance and structure Experienced working with internal customers to refine requirements
- Adept at keeping track of multiple deadlines and proactively communicate updates Trustworthy and able to appropriately handle confidential data Relevant experience is necessary to be able to jump in and work project backlog
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI
- 5+ years' experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Power B
- Strong working knowledge oM365 tools ( power automate and power apps)
- Experience with business process automation and workflow design Familiarity with agile development methodologies Experience working with Human Resources related data Familiarity with basic data visualization concepts. Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C#)
- 5+ years' experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI.
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
