Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000/year

Job Description:
Seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation, quality, and service consistently meet the highest standards. This role is responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, controlling food costs, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant kitchen environment. The Kitchen Manager will collaborate closely with the General Manager and culinary team to help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
• Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track food costs; ensure proper storage and handling to minimize waste.
• Maintain top-tier food quality and consistency; ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and manage kitchen staff schedules; control labor costs while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with Front of House staff and management to ensure seamless coordination during service.
• Participate in menu development, seasonal updates, and culinary innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary Arts degree or related certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with kitchen equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
