Pay Range: $150,000 – $220,000/year

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the full field execution of large, complex construction projects. This role owns jobsite safety, quality, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day field leadership, working closely with project management and executive teams to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all job site operations, safety compliance, and field execution
• Enforce OSHA and site safety standards, lead inspections and incident response
• Drive QA/QC planning, mockups, inspections, and punch list completion
• Manage subcontractor performance, logistics, manpower, and coordination
• Oversee daily reports, field documentation, schedules, and look-ahead planning
• Maintain project schedules, identify delays, and communicate impacts proactively
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, housekeeping, and material flow
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors, architects, and trade partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop field staff and supervisory teams

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on complex construction projects
• Strong background in safety leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Proven ability to lead large field teams and multiple trades
• Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, and modern field technology preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
