Medical Assembly Technician

Pay Rate: $18 to $22/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking 10 skilled Assembly Technicians to join a medical device manufacturing company in Reno! You will be responsible for the final assembly, inspection, and re-work of medical devices.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Duties:
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Utilize hand tools, micrometers, and calipers for precise measurements during assembly.
- Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Package finished products for shipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Work within a cleanroom environment, following all safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- No direct experience required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other personnel.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance to other personnel as needed.
- Microscope skills a plus
- Other duties as assigned.
