Job Description:
The Quality Systems Contractor will support the implementation of the new Paperless Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ensure full alignment of command media with updated digital workflows.
Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for both updating existing quality documentation and actively assisting in the deployment and integration of Paperless within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- The contractor will partner cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure processes are accurately translated into the Paperless environment and reflected in controlled documentation. SAFETY

- Create, maintain and improve work instructions (e.g., planning, AWI, OSOPs)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years work experience required.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of the Paperless MES •
- Provide on-the-floor or functional support during MES rollout as needed •
- Review existing command media (procedures/work instructions) and identify gaps relative to the new MES functionality •
- Update and rewrite command media to align with the new MES workflows and paperless processes •
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal QMS requirements and applicable regulatory/industry standards •
- Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to validate process accuracy •
- Drive standardization and simplification of documentation to improve usability and operator adoption • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within documentation and process flows
