Quality Inspector

Pay Range: $20.00-26.00/hour

From raw material evaluation to final product inspection, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding quality across all stages of production.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final inspections, in-process inspections, and incoming raw material evaluations to ensure products meet specifications.
- Conduct tests and measurements using a variety of tools and equipment to verify quality standards.
- Assist with product and process audits, identifying deviations and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform data entry to support quality records and traceability.
- Support document control processes to ensure all procedures and standards are up to date.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to uphold continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Operate and/or assist with advanced inspection tools such as CMM and X-ray inspection equipment (prior experience preferred but not required).
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic inspection tools and testing procedures.
- Experience with CMM or X-ray inspection is a plus but not mandatory — we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, or work instructions.
- Good organizational, data entry, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
