Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 hr. (Plus OT).
USPRO Talent Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector (2nd Shift) to support inspection activities within a growing aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for verifying product quality, ensuring compliance with work instructions and specifications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections using fixed and variable measuring instruments
- Verify compliance with work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Document inspection results and nonconformance findings
- Support MRB and corrective action processes as needed
- Maintain inspection stamp authorization
- Identify calibration or repair needs for measuring equipment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow OSHA safety and environmental procedures
- Maintain flexibility for training, overtime, and workflow needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of inspection experience preferred (aerospace experience a plus)
- Ability to read drawings and perform dimensional verification
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems (JobBOSS, UniPoint, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong teamwork, dependability, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace inspection experience
- DQR or SQA exposure
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
