Job Description & Responsibilities:
- The RF / microwave engineer will support the manufacturing of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high reliability applications.
- The engineer will be responsible for analysis and troubleshooting of circuits for advanced electronic modules, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits and frequency conversion circuits.
- The engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our manufacturing operation to resolve assembly and test issues.
- The engineer will learn from and collaborate with other engineering disciplines, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel.
Required Qualifications:

- Secret clearance required at time of submittal.
- Bachelor’s Degree in RF / Microwave Engineering.
- 1+ years of related experience in RF/Microwave Engineering
- 1+ years of experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits.
- Knowledge of RF/ microwave test equipment is required, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
- Expertise with reviewing and interpreting technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams and test data is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the aerospace/defense industry is desired.
- Professional experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
- Demonstrated academic achievement in the field of RF is desired.
- Familiarity with RF / microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools is desired.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are desired.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
