Ariba Orders Data Entry (Sales Department)

In this role, you will be responsible for sales order management, including invoice creation. The ideal candidate is consistent, detail oriented, understands logistics, and has experience using the SAP Ariba platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Create and submit accurate ship notices in Ariba
- Create and update shipping information, including carrier details, tracking numbers, and delivery dates
- Generate invoices in Ariba
Documentation Management:
- Print and share shipping documentation
- Coordinate with freight carriers to troubleshoot pickups and deliveries
Communication and Collaboration:
- Partner closely with QA, manufacturing, and accounting to ensure smooth shipping operations
- Communicate effectively with global upstream teams via email
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing relevant information
- Escalate issues in a timely manner
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to company financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Proficiency using Excel
- Attention to detail, organized, and consistent
Preferred:
- Understanding of the Ariba Network and its supplier order management functionalities
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics process
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling large volumes of data efficiently
