Job Description:
 As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the effort in delivering high quality candidates for hiring needs. You will be responsible for advancing the brand across numerous markets in professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. The successful candidate will: Perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the entire company community..

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating new candidate leads, influences the near and long-term recruiting vision and increase your business acumen.
• Meet with hiring managers to complete intake meetings to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills to ensure timely hiring and robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry
•  Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
•  Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. 
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. 
• Prepare candidates for interview with company and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting. 
• Extending offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of our compensation policy and delegation of authority. 
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Required Qualifications:

BS and 6 years + experience OR equivalent experience
Seeking a candidate with full life cycle experience, with attention to detail and open to multiple lines of communication with hiring managers and candidates
• Familiarity with Brass Ring Kenexa applicant tracking system
• Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship (CRM)
• Familiarity with Paradox

Ideal Candidate Profile: A seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment, preferably in the DOD space.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with competing demands.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
