Swing Distribution Center Lead
Sparks, NV
Starting Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00/hour
We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Distribution Center Leads to support our continued growth in our new Sparks, Nevada facility!
Responsibilities:
· Achieve operational goals and metrics related to lines per hour, accuracy, cartons per order, overtime, safety, cleanliness, on-time shipping
· Manage and coordinate the Inbound Department purchase orders, Outbound Department shipments, or the ICQA Department cycle counting and inventory management.
· Monitor and enforce quality control standards
· Provide ongoing coaching and training to all warehouse staff
· Identify and communicate improvement opportunities
Qualified candidates can multi-task with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution center with RF technology is a plus! Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!
Two shifts available: 7am-3:30pm and 12pm-8:30pm
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
