Pay Range: $30.00-$33.36/hour

Job Description:

Will perform work using assembly drawings, shop aids, schematics and detailed work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive developmental assembly operations of electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies on ordnance systems 
• Performs a variety of duties assisting mechanical engineers in the development of mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering designs, tests, fabrications, modifications, assemblies and components.
•  Ability to diagnose problems and see the solutions through to completion.

Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.

Required Qualifications:

• High school/trade school or equivalent
• 3 years work experience or equivalent experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
•  Understanding of 3D CAD software • Basic understanding of GD&T Principles
• Must be able to understand and work from engineering drawings and sketches and be able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Must be able to up to 50 lb.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a technician in an Aerospace or Defense Product Environment

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
