USPRO is looking for a proven HR Business Systems Analyst to work with a healthcare client of ours in the Houston, TX area. This individual has a role in developing Human Resources solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with cross-functional team tasks and transactions. This role will investigate processes to meet end user needs within the company. Additionally, provide systems support, participate with system upgrades, and to provide other HR operational support for the company.

  • Supports the initiatives of the HR Integrated Risk Management team.
  • Monitors and analyzes security controls, risks, and metrics to identify trends and drive improvement.
  • Participates in regulatory reporting activities (EEO-1 Reporting)
  • Works closely with team members to test HR controls.
  • Participates in HR projects, such as new technology implementations, enhancements, and tool updates.
  • Automates manual processes and assists with HR compliance documentation (HR Playbooks, User Security Documentation, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or equivalent professional work experience required
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills require
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and consistently deliver results required

Additional Notes:
  • Knowledge of current business practices and HR processes.
  • Familiarity with a HR systems and tools.
  • A working knowledge of cross-functional HR processes and procedures is also required.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources staff, data processing techniques and practices.
  • Knowledge of HRMS applications preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management and planning methodologies.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze the functionality of systems and their fit with specifications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
